What to expect in this appointment.

• Consultation– This is where we will take a medical case history to really understand your situation. We then perform video otoscope, (which is a microscopic camera) in your ear canal where we get to view your ear canal on the screen!

• Micro-suction of ear wax – If you do have ear wax that require removal we use the gold standard method of micro-suction to remove your ear wax safely and pain free. We can then view your ear canal with the  video otoscope to see the results!

• Follow up – We will contact you after your appointment to ensure you are satisfied with you service and address any queries you may have.
